Each session begins with gentle guided breathwork, easing you into deep relaxation. As the sound bath unfolds, you’ll be surrounded by resonant digital frequencies and shifting waves of light—each tone selected for its energetic and therapeutic qualities. These aren’t just soothing sounds. They are specific frequencies designed to support emotional release, energy alignment, and inner balance. While rooted in the ancient Solfeggio scale, sessions may also incorporate emerging tones as healing research evolves. You’ll rest on a comfortable inflatable bed, immersed in motion and color. Dress comfortably and bring a pillow if you like.
Sessions last approximately one hour.
