I started KMS Home Projects when I decided to take on a very interesting and challenging project.  In the process of re-homing my art studio came an alluring proposition. The new art studio space has a studio Mother In Law apartment, just above it. The apartment has the basics... power, water, shower, and bathroom and kitchen sinks. That's about it. The challenge is this... to renovate, finish out, and decorate the space... on a shoe-string budget...while living in it.

I decided to take that challenge and have produced the YouTube channel: KMS HOME PROJECTS, where subscribers can follow the progress of the project. Also, in support of this venture I have created the Facebook Group page: KMS Home Projects.
