So, here I sit... attempting to write a blog... ha! This should be hilarious. Anyway, where do I start? It's been a really busy time for me, as of late. Things are happening! Some already know that for the past couple of years I've been building a small body of work, and now that I have some down-time from the studio, it's time to get a little more organized.
Serendipity 30"x 30" DC Until now I haven't really been ready to sell my works, as I was building up for a possible gallery show. But recently a client came to me and said that they wanted to buy "Serendipity", but would allow me to show the piece in any upcoming shows. This made my day, and the sale proceeded. This is a very special work to me, as it marks a transition of sorts in my painting. It was the first of it's kind... and I'm hooked.
The Winery Project...
I made an announcement, some time ago, that a local prestigious winery had asked to put four of my paintings on their wine bottle labels.... WELL... Update: While it's still very hush hush, there are a few things that I can leak as we go forward. As of this date, the four paintings have been chosen. There will be more information to come, so please stay tuned. And, thank you.
This is about to turn into a very exciting ride... and I'm glad you're along for the journey!
